dunno wad day is today. or i shall place it this way, dunno wad night is tonight.
alot of impactful incidents. perhaps its heaven's will.

in room8, i was reading a book by teo aik cher; why take action?
and the next min, i had mr zhaohui summarising wad i have read.

the most is on myself and my career:
though most of the teachings i heard before, but sometimes, with the right happenings, when someone repeated the teachings, you have the impact more than before.

it all started with the A and B woodcutter;

long ago, up in the mountains, there are only 2 persons, A and B. when one day both of them were chopping woods, the sky started raining cats and dogs. leaving their axes with the chopped wood, both of them fled for shelter.

once the rain stopped, A went to retrieve his axe, only to realise that the axe wasnt there anymore. he was thinking to himself; there is only 2 persons up in the mountain. cant be i steal my own axe. it must be B!

strange enough, he didnt go to confront B. instead, he monitored B. and from that moment he deduced that B was the thief, whatever actions tat B did, A linked it with the thief. when B was washing hands, A was thinking; he had the looks of the thief. when B is reading a book, A thought; he had the looks of the thief.

so within the next few days, whatever B does, A linked it to the thief.

when the chopped wood dried up, A went up to the mountain to collect his wood, only to realise that his axe was not being stolen, it just fell into the pile of woods. he became conscious that he had misunderstood B.

from then on, no matter what actions B does, A thought; he had the looks of a good man:)

the morale of the story is; a small misunderstanding can lead to a certain behavioural action of someone. so if in future there is any misunderstanding, clear it up before it gets worse. find out the truth before you malign others.

then mr zhaohui went on, sharing with us the traits of a good follower. someone who is always actively involved in lessons, groupings, courses, but when it comes to result-oriented actions, something is missing.

WOW taught us, learn-do-teach. we learn already, never do, deem as never learn. always stuck at this phase.

so we mus plan our activities, our timetable. makes sure that we use our time wisely.
in addition to our industry, we must be even more disciplined. as what he says, there will be no one supervising us, monitoring our results. we, on the other hand, are the creators of the results we desire.

to get the desired results, we must get 4 things right.
right place > right direction > right actions > right results.
we are in the right place, with the right directions, just whether we put it into actions.

activites create results.
no activities create no results.

and even when you put it into actions, you didnt get the results within that particular week, it doesnt matter. your results this week is not dependent on your actions this week, is rather on your actions one or two weeks ago.

as a result, someone around you maybe having their results shown recently, and its not because you are incapable, its just that they had themselves prepared for this results way long before you do.

HENCE, the question is; 'have you start preparing?'

mr christian told mr zhaohui this motivating sentence;
the stars will shine brighter when the sky gets darker.

plus, before i left for home, mr zhaohui told me, dun always use yourself to compare with the rest. let others boom first. you just need the right actions.

few drops of tears did rolled down my cheeks. and the feeling was indescribable.

x.x

and jus when i reached home, i wanted to use the internet explorer, it broke down on me, which had my attention on it for like half an hour. it kinda distracts me of the worries that i had jus now. kind of fate again?

today is a weird day.
