after boss's meeting

This is what Boss is trying to impart to us during the meeting@ West Coast Mac jus now. Or rather, it's my perspective of what he is trying to highlight to us.

Using the book, 'Think and Grow Rich', he had led us to think about our passion and desire when we first stepped into the company. Perhaps, as what he said, as time passed, we seemed to be blindly fighting the war, unknowingly forgot what we had always waited and dreamt of in the first place.

Thus, we must be aware that the purpose of success is to increase not just our wealth, but our personal satisfaction with our own life, and the sense of inner peace and harmony in us.
Wealth is merely a side effect of thinking and growing rich - it's hard to cultivate a harmonious existence when you're living hand to mouth, or paycheck to paycheck.

"If you cannot do great things, do small things in a great way."
Napoleon Hill

For which, it set me thinking, I have got a platform, wonderful mentors, a group of peers fighting alongside with me, and, what am i holding back still?
Seizing the chance that Boss went to buy food, I grabbed the book, opening and chancing upon a page which said, The Fear of Criticism. That's my thoughts at the moment.
Perhaps you may say its plain luck.
I did it another time, while seizing Boss to buy food for mummy. and this time round, Take Inventory on Yourself. That was what I am supposed to do after the meeting.

Hence, after the reflection at home, I realised that the practical lessons revolve around making plans, and finding a group of people who think similarly to you, and making those plans happen.

We definitely have to strive to be a firm believer that the captains of industry, indeed all successful people, were successful because they were able to find people who thought as they did and who could be brought into the task, where their abilities and enthusiasm could be harnessed for everyone's mutual benefit.
In modern parlance, it means "don't hang out with people who don't think like you do".

It also focuses heavily on goal setting and making sure that important decisions are carried through.
In the realm of responsibility, it means that you're responsible for your own outcomes, but that failures are nothing to dwell on. Everyone makes failures, and everyone should learn from them, including what caused them to happen. Most failures are a failure of vision, or a failure to plan to take advantage of the situation that has developed.
An individual focused on achievement should not dwell on failure, other than as a learning opportunity.

In conclusion, I HAVE A GREAT BOSS;)
