Today had an interview with MS delphine. She had enlightened and gave advice to me on alot of issues. I loved the part where she gave example of Subconscious Mind and Conscious Mind. Subconscious Mind (SCM) is like the Moon, whereas Conscious Mind (CM) is like the Sun.

In the day, there is the Sun, but as often as it takes, people often forgets about the Moon. The Moon still exists, just that with our naked eyes, we can't see it. The fact that we can't see it, doesn't mean that it doesn't exist, it is just that the sunlight is too strong. And if you are lucky, you may be able to see both the Sun and the Moon!

This example implies that when our CM is resting at night, our SCM is still awake and this is when you have to keep telling yourself positive things as SCM is much stronger than CM. Continue to keep yourself positive as you will never know when it goes to SCM.

She ended the sharing with a phrase that I have been finding all these while. 只要你知道和相信你所做是对，你不怕别人的眼光。人在做，天在看！
