Esp with the gardens incident, it is time to do some reflection once again. BRAD and MARCUS became the regulars for Sun Princess. DELIGHTED. At least i have friends other than Jez-bao. Things seem to be getting more complicated in that company and i can sense both parties aint feeling good. Thats explain my OT last night. Why not give people a chance to change? If they are changing for the better, why are you depriving them of a chance to change? Aint u selfish by doing so? You dun let other people to change but you lament about their inefficiency. Irony.
Something at Botanic Gardens made me realise something that I erred in the past. I am always protective of my friends. Too protective till I would do anything for them, and that, they did nothing and learnt nothing. I want them to be perfect in boss's eyes, and yet i didnt take in consideration of their learning journey.
i promise i will change this behavior. eventually to let them grow in adversity.
