This is a comment written specially for a 18-year-old teenager who creates his own legacy with his own hands. Someone who is marvelous in influencing his people -- by providing purpose, direction, and motivation -- while operating to accomplish the mission and improving the team.

A moment that struck me the most is during his LDT, when he is asked to present his group case. He brought it up in a way that amazed everyone in the room. He has got an aura around him, that makes people look up to him. He has the ability to turn 'black' to 'white' and vice versa, most importantly, you won't feel a pinch in your ass and may agree with him along the way. :) He may seem to be addressing to everyone, but maybe addressing the issue to you, however, you can just laugh it off as a joke without realizing anything.

He is that someone who will come with a lighting candle in his hand while you are shivering in the cold and dark room. He is that someone who will stretch his hand out to you, pulling you out from whatever crisis you are in. Though his hand may not be of sufficient help to you, he never fails to pass your hand on to someone whom he looked up to and trusted in. He is that someone whom you confide in, believe in, and follow him on the path of success. He is that someone who solves problems with his witty mind and genuine smile! There is never a word 'failure' in his dictionary. And yet, he is only 18. He is none other than, Fabian Au. :D
